One thing I found really helpful for professional growth is the necessity of creativity in one's work approach. It is essential to establish clear guidelines on how,when and based on what parameters feedback should be given. While this approach is beneficial,proper guidelines are necessary to ensure that this channel is not being misused in the name of giving feedback. Furthermore,this channel should be transparent and open,allowing for two-way communication. In addition,there should be interim review sessions to monitor the employee's progress and improvements based on the feedback provided.

They frequently fail to engage in discussions with employees about their performance and the challenges they face in achieving their targets. I strongly oppose this type of feedback format, as it benefits neither the organization nor the employee. I believe HR should take strict action against such unethical and unprofessional practices.
