It's very important to choose the right platform for the topic/skill that you need to enhance It's very natural to get attracted to related topics based on one's need, leading to not focusing on the core need. One should learn to filter repetitive feeds on the platform one follows and if want to learn under a coach, choose wisely from the huge list of coaches available online.

Baseline where you start, at mid point and at the end as a minimum - it’ll allow course correction, and the ability to focus in on the things most important to you

Coaching is about optimizing what we already know. Training through online platforms is about learning. The best coaching maximizes great learning opportunities by encouraging how to use the learning real time. In short, a talent development strategy should have self paced online learning platforms to reinforce the coaching but it will never replace coaching.
