Here's how you can enhance GIS innovation through problem solving.

GIS is one of those new technologies that is able to grow day by day as do world’s needs. this is the real example when I was going to develop a smart system to enhance and detect oil spill on the sea to have an emergency response (ER) for the first time. I needed to know about oil physical and spectral behavior when it speared on water so i started by collecting more oil spill accident over the world and analyzing them in different weather conditions(various aqua and terra image to have oil behavior through sunny, windy, cloudy conditions..)to have a right and optimal data to compare the result.In the next step (machine learning) I needed to have much more real data to analyze and get the reliable result to develop smart emergency systems.
