A better version of these LOOKUPS is the XLOOKUP function. It combines several functions in 1 formula. It omits the use of IFERROR, MATCH and SEARCH.

Yes, conditional formatting is an excellent way to visually analyze and highlight data points. With the usage of highlighting, we can filter the non required data by using color filters.
