Some regular and periodic team meetings are needed to share common information and understanding, but the real communications is done on day-by-day and with all the key people present (both from the team and from the other departments). Some tools can enable the communications, be careful not to use too many digital environments.

Recognizing who steps up to the plate that understands how to use the information. You then may use this person to put the information in a form so all service persons understand it. Being able to recognize and actually know your people seems to be outdated these days.

A periodic coaching session and catch up, allows your team to communicate with you on a more personal level. This gives opportunities for both sides to talk about things that cannot be discussed during a team meeting. It also allows you as their manager to hear any issues that they may have that may be affecting their performance.

Here's what I follow & suggest: - Focus on regularly assessing the skills of team members and providing necessary training to address any skill gaps. - Set KPIs to track and measure the performance of the team. - Ensure that you have the right number of staff with the appropriate skills to handle the workload. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. To improve service quality, regularly gather and analyze customer feedback. I believe in being proactive by anticipating potential issues and addressing them before they escalate. Use root cause analysis to understand and solve problems effectively. Lastly, be approachable and supportive, showing empathy and understanding towards your team members.
