Start with what they know and see. Many problems arise in their surroundings everyday. Start with those that they can understand and relate to. For example, solving the problem of dismissal time and reducing the crowdedness of parents. Or, solving the problem of healthy lunchboxes. They will feel responsible for improving their own space.

What is a problem? we must already start from the very definition of the word to identify them. It is a gap between the current state and the desired or expected state. The first step is therefore to know the expected result according to the different variables introduced.
