Je retiens deux choses importes et primordiales: approvisionnement efficace (disponibilité des pièces) et disponibilité des maintenances tout en tenant compte des contraintes budgétaires. Pour le budget il faut beaucoup miser sur la reparation des pièces. Et Les échanger lorsqu’elles sont réellement irrécupérable. Et mettre une procédure de récupération des pièces remplacées et les ramener au magasin pour une justification réelle de leurs sortie

Don’t be greedy to grab every load. Stick to maintenance schedule. It’s cheaper to have a scheduled morning down than unscheduled days down with possible fines. Look after your equipment and it will look after you.
