This is perhaps one of the more difficult part to do. As the team would normally believe that their thoughts, suggestions and voices will come will repercussions. While many middle managers think that their methods are the best are not willing to adopt a more consultative approach to their management skills. So the manager has to have an open mind and more willing to discuss with the team to convince them that a particular method/approach works. They may have to challenge, prove, coax and sometimes muscle their way through. The massive effort comes from the management to make these work.

All 7 sections are equally important. You'll need to work with others and let thrm know that the end result of success are a "team effort" and everyone's piece is important. Get all involved together and let them know their experiences/skill are important to everyone's success. Make them comfortable to voice their suggestions/opinions/comments but also let thrm know that there may be times where you cannot implement all these ideas and tmits not personal - explain (if you can) why an idea can't be implemented at that time but maybe later it could become important. Share positive successful accomplishments with everyone and emphasize their contribution, not just to them, but to their and your superiors.
