Lo primero que tienes que hacer es el alcance de tu servicio de gobierno de datos ?es una metodologia? ?vas a implementar gobierno a nivel tecnico? ? es consultoria? o ?es una evaluacion? Cada uno de estas aristas tiene un esfuerzo diferente en terminos de horas, investigacion, implementacion, etc por lo que para alguno de ellos te puede bastar con un consultor, para otros deberias tener un equipo con diferentes skills Es muy muy muy importante que tu cliente tenga muy claro que es lo que va a recibir al final del servicio.

Para n?o repetir o que ja foi dito com palavras diferentes, vou ser bem direto: Eu tenho estabelecido uma média de R$100/hora para esse tipo de projeto. Nesse valor considero desenvolvimento end-to-end, do planejamento a implanta??o, e entrega de documenta??o para continuidade do negócio. E apartir daí avalio a complexidade do projeto, tamanho da equipe envolvida, estrutura dos dados, quantidade de dados, tipos de dados envolvidos, nível organizacional, o que ja tem pronto, ou se é desenvolvimento do zero... com base nesses critérios e no tempo que a organiza??o negociar para entrega, apartir do prazo que eu der, ent?o aumentamos ou diminuímos o valor/hora.

Despite of a price rate, it's important to adjust to adjust to the project complexity. As each project has its uniqueness although might have some similarities and make it possible to apply previous examples, models and structure, but because every single project has been developed on different environments, different people, different customs, different negotiations, different era, so, it's also need to adjust the price to the different scenarios.

Effectivement la nature des livrables (cadre de references, principes, politiques ..) peuvent être aisément dimentionables tout autant pour les ateliers de definition des principes, d'acculturation que.pour la redaction des règles de gouvernance.

I think you also need to consider the human factor what the companies about what their goals are where are they in the market? I don’t ever want to be a transactional activity with somebody. I want to learn about them. I want to understand them. I want to get to know them. I want them to get to know me, well pricing is key doing good. Things is important.

I’d add doing research on the target companies pain points when it comes to data governance, to be able to package the consultant offerings accordingly. Having “off-the-shelf’s” solutions can work for companies with a rather straightforward data landscape, while more bespoke solutions are necessary for companies with complex data landscape spanning through numerous localised systems in different markets and countries with different rules and legislations.
