Think of everything that did or could go wrong and account for it. Collect & study quotes from other engineers, even quotes you’ve received from services you’ve had performed. Discuss your quote with your insurance provider - typically a free and welcomed service. For more important quotes, consult an attorney. Use simple text, bold important items and short paragraphs like this to emphasize key concepts. Los entregables de un proyecto deben estar claramente definidos, también es importante definir cómo se van a entregar al final de proyecto, por lo general van acompa?ados de una serie de documentación que incluye planos, especificaciones, que, mediante fotos, pruebas y otros criterios de aceptación que fueron acordados al inicio del proyecto serán requisitos para firmar el acta de entrega.

Es de vital importancia supervisar el alcance, tener la lista de tareas bien elaborada y tener un método de seguimiento, de preferencia en porcentaje de avance, es posible que ya en ejecución el due?o del proyecto se percate de trabajos adicionales no contemplados en el alcance y la contratación inicial, lo cual se debe manejar en las reuniones de seguimiento como Adicionales al proyecto con su respectivo costo adicional.

Las grandes empresas por lo general tienen un sistema de gestión de cambios en el cual nos podemos apoyar en el caso de presentarse un cambio de material, procedimientos, cantidades, etc. Si la empresa no tiene un sistema de gestión de cambio, se debe generar algún formato para documentar el cambio, de preferencia seguir las recomendaciones del PMI. Es importante socializar los cambios con todos los involucrados mediante una reunión presencial o virtual, firmar un acta, y quedar claros en las implicaciones del cambio.

Mientras más experiencia tenga el equipo humano en proyectos similares, serán mejor anticipados los posibles riesgos que el proyecto podría tener, se debe realizar una reunión dedicada a la gestión de riesgos donde todo el equipo aporte con sus experiencias y así documentar los posibles riesgos con sus respectivos planes de acción en caso de ocurrir. Siempre habrá la posibilidad de que surja una situación imprevista como fue la pandemia o un desastre natural que afecte de manera drástica al proyecto, en cuyo caso el equipo debe estar preparado para tomar las decisiones más apropiadas para finalizar exitosamente el proyecto.

El equipo debe tener claro el alcance y su hoja de vida y experiencia debe estar acorde con el campo laboral del proyecto, con los objetivos y con el alcance del proyecto. Si el proyecto tiene temas técnicos o tecnológicos específicos, de debe educar a todas las personas involucradas acerca de estos temas antes de empezar la ejecución del proyecto.

Falto mencionar el tema de Cierre del proyecto. Desde el alcance debe estar definido los entregables y la documentación mediante la cual se va a entregar el proyecto, dentro de esta documentación el último documento normalmente es un acta de entrega recepción la cual se firma con el cliente final previo inspección y/o fiscalización del proyecto
