Best way to convey your Vision to team is firstly your team should understand the company goal and as leader you need to know their vision and thought process to approach the goal. If it is different then yours then need to show with examples that their approach will not work and need to explain the best practices to achieve the same. If as leader if you just forced your vision then it will not effective for team work.
