I totally disagree, instead of lumping all together in one conversation which causes confusion and often frustration separate the discussions. If a person is doing great take time and give them a huge boost sharing all the ways they are succeeding. They walk away motivated and with clarity (and stronger neural pathways) on what they should keep doing. If there are issues focus on them right away and address one specifically rather than lumping multiple issues together. When given one clear issue with conscious feedback on how to improve it’s much easier to process and take action on. If instead they leave overwhelmed they’ll forget most of what was said.
