Here's how you can effectively communicate ideas and concepts using logical reasoning.

Start by thoroughly understanding the basics of the idea or concept you want to communicate. In my experience, a solid foundation allows you to explain complex topics more effectively and ensures you can answer any questions that arise.

El razonamiento lógico suele ser el que tiene mejores resultados y generalmente el que menos solemos usar. Para quienes son mas emocionales, es importante empezar a ejercitar esta forma de razonamiento, que les ayudará a lograr mejores resultados. En primer lugar, es importante definir qué se quiere transmitir y el resultado deseado. La comuicación debe ser asertiva y orientada al objetivo. Siempre, apoyada con datos objetivos, evitando ambigüedades o subjetividades. Llegar a la conclusión con base a esos datos objetivos, ayudará a que la otra parte comparta esa conclusión. Y siempre, siempre, pedir feedback y resumir para cerrar la conversación.

Use examples to illustrate your ideas and concepts. Real-world scenarios or analogies can make abstract or complex topics more relatable and easier to understand. In my opinion, examples help bridge the gap between theory and practice.

Avoid coming across like a page or chapter from a text book. That will kill your audience. When illustrating a point find something that most people can relate to. It can be something from the work setting (product, service, machine etc.) or something from sport, home life, cars etc. Always keep your ideas as simple as possible. Explain the broad idea first and then go into detail. In that way you will capture the attention of the most people. Many people switch off at detail and you can get lost and not get your whole idea explained properly.

Eu particularmente gosto de aplicar o método L.E.I.A : Ler, Explicar, Ilustrar e Aplicar dessa forma consigo fazer o público a compreender melhor e isso os ajuda a lembrar dos pontos principais e os leva a uma a??o. A simple concept to bear in mind: Do it WITH them, NEVER do it TO them, Don't do it FOR them Having an open and honest dialogue going can achieve this. But how. Try and talk in a way that people want to listen to you, and then listen in a way that makes people want to talk to you. If people feel threatened they will clam up and you will be missing out on ideas and feedback.

Nobody has all the answers, including yourself. If you bear in mind the reason for the change, then you take the personal urge for recognition out of the equation. Make it about good and feasible ideas, not about MY idea or NO idea.

Many people are better at critiquing an idea than coming up with fresh ideas themselves. This does not necessarily mean that those people are just the negative bunch. That is just their natural style to be better at evaluating an idea than coming up with one.
