Se debe tratar de "bajar" a cierto nivel, dejando de lado los términos técnicos y científicos para poder conectar con la audiencia proyectada. Realizando asesoramiento de cercanía conseguimos mayor audiencia y entendimiento. Esto lo podemos realizar con un lenguaje no estrictamente técnico. No todos los roles dejarán de entendernos y dejen de prestar atención por falta de comprensión.

Hay que hacer sencillo lo complejo. No todo el mundo es o quiere ser técnico. Hay que humanizar los SI.
