Listening is crucial if you are willing to build trust and bond with your clients. Always resist the urge to interrupt your clients when they are speaking about their concerns. Active listening is transcends keeping quiet, it entails being attentive enough to capture all or most of the points raised by the client and paraphrase to ensure that no misalignment. When you get the concerns raised by the client you can then implement or address their valid concerns.
