If you are harsh in tone or in communication you will not be able to effectively communicate with other members or project partners. They cannot easily convey their message which will result in misunderstanding and fallacies. And the team should meet daily in a zoom meeting, and discuss their all problems effectively and politely. (Discord is also used by many people for meetings) Audio Calls should be made daily in a team to discuss the project progress.
