Map product features to these needs 3. Translate features into customer benefits 4. Distill 2-3 key value pillars 5. Uncover emotional benefits 6. Craft positioning statements reflecting key benefits and value This approach ensures products aren't just another option, but a tailored solution that resonates with our target audience.

Your customer is the hero. So, always try to focus on customer satisfaction. You can figure out the market by understanding the needs and wants of customer. Don't forget to take feedback from the customers and also always aim for the redemption of old customer. Marketing is always about presenting your product as the solution to the your prospect's problem.

Do not confuse message with copy. Message is what you say. Copy is how you say it. The critical components to a message are: Who - ideal customer (vertical, geo, problem) and persona (what’s their pain, what’s good look like for them) What - the thing that your solution does Why - that which makes your solution different from other ways the problem can be solved Once you’ve nailed down these tenets you can iterate and tweak copy in many variations, mediums, times and places.

First, you need to know who you're selling to. What do they struggle with - or what is completely missing from their life - that your product or service help them to solve? Otherwise, they won't notice what you have to say. Worse, they just won't care. Define Brand identity Brand Mission and Values: Clarify the mission, vision and core values of your brand. Target Audience: Identify the primary audience your brand aims to reach. Brand Personality: Determine the personality traits you want your brand to embody (e.g professional ,playful, innovative).

Design a professional logo, choose a distinctive color palette, and maintain a consistent visual style across all marketing materials. First impressions matters. Good and consistent visual branding will not only make you recognizable but will also set you apart from the competitors. Visuals are the perfect way to simplify complex information.

Visual branding is important but the real power is in consistency and authenticity. We've found that we've got the best results when you go beyond the eye-catching visuals. Graphics and packaging that tells a story that resonates with your target audience works incredibly well to foster brand recall and emotional connections to your brand. They key to this however, is always authenticity within your brand values and the goals of your customers.

When we talk about customer engagement, most people think about loads of calls with users, but as a PMM in a smaller team –?this can be hard to manage/schedule. Start small and reply to G2 comments, engage on social, and make sure any emails you send for launches end up in your inbox. These small touchpoints will turn into meaningful relationships over time.

Most customers inherently want to help you understand their pleasure and pain. You simply need to make yourselves available in multiple ways and ensure you take action with what they tell you. Be up front with the most minimal purpose for your engagement: listening and learning. From there, you can always expand (with their permission) the purposes by which you’re going to use the information they’ve given you.

Sales enablement is just one aspect (of many) of a product launch/new initiative. I often use it as the first wave of the launch because the feedback is immediate and it has the biggest impact for sales-led organizations. Imagine that this first transmission of the message goes terrible….it will die before it even reaches your audience.
