Avoir une bonne idée ne fait pas de nous un excellent financier c’est pourquoi il est nécessaire d’avoir une équipe compétente pour pouvoir mener à bien son projet. IMO the two greatest ways to learn and grow are: 1. Spend several years working for/closely with other experienced founders (ideally those who have a clear heart for helping level up others around them). Go deeper in your learning by asking them about key decisions being made and the why behind their strategies. 2. Start building a company. Tho the odds of success will be against you, successful or not the learning journey will be immense. Starting a company is, in fact, the only way to get an MBA in entrepreneurship.

Surface the goodness, in not only your own presence, but also in others around. There is enough sourness and soreness in the world, commit to honoring the innate goodness in everyone. Appreciate more, inspire more, motivate and instead of aiming at being the smartest in the room, be the kindest. Smile more often. Breathe easy. Like my dad used to always point out whenever (and that was on most nights when we had just started off in 1999!) he would see me and my team burning the midnight oil, he would say, “Kids, the sun will shine again tomorrow.”
