Part 4: Is that fair, I can tell its not about seeing the quality anymore it′s all about money and them client′s that will accept cheap rates and low level paid inspectors are from day 1, accepting alot of service issues from day 1, later on when the unit or system have been put into operation. I this picture should be turned around, the Agencies should prompt state we cant hire or provide staff under 100 euro per. hour, or dayrates that would not be lower then 900 euro for 8 hours of work. Then that could secure inspectors some more money, they could invest in after courses, training and education, which is the way forward.

Flexibility is something good. I think it would depend mainly on the project type scale and phase. I worked in different phase 1/2 projects for vaccines and Biopharmaceuticals as consultant. The flexibility here should mean parts of the projects that you can add value to. My experience with startups because of the timeline and shortage of money they don’t want to ask for the full service but only a part of it. Helping the companies to get a final product with high quality and safety profile as soon as value is a value of no equivalent.
