Por ello es necesario entablar reuniones donde de traten en conjunto, cuáles son los desafíos, objetivos, nivel de complejidad, requerimiento de conocimiento especializado y plazos de tiempo determinándolos tanto en la puesta en marcha como también de posterior consultoría. De esta manera podrá asegurarse que ambas partes obtengan la compensación esperada, un servicio de calidad, con tarifas que se condicen con el mismo.
