Select specific instances from your past experiences which is relevant to the job you're applying for, where you successfully solved a problem. Use STAR method to describe the context and the problem you faced. Explain your role in addressing the problem. Detail the steps you took to solve the problem. Share the outcomes and any measurable results.

Make a clear point that you are a learner, not a failure. Whenever there's a less favorable outcome, it's an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. As long as no one is hurt, it should be classified as a learning circumstance. Regardless of what your company calls it, you should understand down to your bones that this is an opportunity for growth and learning.
