Yes Risk Management perspective is useful in my career as cyber security lead in all the organisations I have worked with. Interestingly some organisations are still struggling to implement evidence based controls to reduce cyber risks across their network perimeter. My advice to such organisations is around the need to deploy more user awareness training and to deploy effective Security Information Event Management (SIEM) tools etc.
