Entry-level talent from alumni groups are entering the job market year-round. When we think of alumni groups we often think of college grads, but there are alumni graduating from skills-based, on the job training programs. For example, Year Up’s training program graduates cohorts twice a year, in January and July. There have been more than 45,000 grads to date in high-demand roles like IT.

Using LinkedIn polls to gather opinions on work-life balance or career development fosters interaction and keeps our network active.
