Ich pers?nliche finde das Wort effektiv zum Thema Kommunikation hier falsch. Meines Erachtens nach ist das Schlüsselwort offene Kommunikation. Alle im Team sollen mitgenommen werden, aber auch Kritiken müssen offen Kommuniziert werden. Das betrifft nicht nur von Oben nach Unten sondern auch das Team darf oder kann auch mal Kritik an der Führung ?u?ern dürfen und auch ggf. müssen.
