And believe me, a valued team member will always be an volunteer and contributing member of a team. Thus, by fostering open dialogue and attentively considering all viewpoints, leaders can harness the collective intelligence of their teams, leading to more informed decisions and ultimately, greater success.

Listening acrively to each perspective and respecting diverse views especially one not in sync with own perceptions, not being dismissive but ability to discuss with candour and professionally provide positive criticism to the point of view which is totally of target. We need to be culturally sensitive and accomodative to certain sensitive perspectives sometimes even at cost of efficiency could be game changer in certain scenarios.

That does mean that we must start by acknowledging their viewpoint as a valid one; a viewpoint that can exist, not necessarily one one must agree with. Then we can begin to discuss the issues from that point. In this way, by validating each member's life and opinions, we are celebrating their right as a human being to exist. Then we can begin to work together as a team.
