In sales, a good motto I use with my team is to “Search for no”. I notice many people try to get the customer to agree or to accept the offer. They feel this. It repulses them. Instead, search for the No. Why would they not do this? Be open to the feedback they give. Now, overcome that objection, over come that injection and move forward. Don’t be afraid of the no. Don’t be afraid of the feedback, that’s where progress is found
