De todo lo planteado en un plan, considero que la segmentación del público es el eje central. Al no definir nuestro cliente, corremos el riesgo de dirigirnos a la persona equivocada, lo que puede llevar al fracaso, ya que el mensaje no llegará de manera efectiva. En mi caso particular, segmento los productos y servicios por intereses muy específicos. Así, adapto el mensaje según el nivel del cliente: a empresarios consolidados en Venezuela, donde el costo del registro de marcas es alto, les ofrezco el servicio de registro; a emprendedores medios, les propongo un curso autogestionable; y a quienes recién están iniciando o planean crear una marca, les vendo un ebook. Always have budget plan B 3. Always do prior financial risk predictions 4. Always have a system of positive & negative feedback checks at multiple points in your campaign designs to conserve budget and only make guided and control marketing investments where they produce maximum results with minimum spending.

If you can't measure what you are delivering, you are NOT delivering it! It is as simple as it seems. You must have well-defined and measurable KPIs for whatever you are adding to the existing model. It is very easy to define and set these KPIs in most of the situations, you only need to have good insights of the project and your value proposition.
