Siendo líder en un equipo de trabajo es clave Delegar funciones y estas van de la mano con las responsabilidades; que quiero decir con esto..... al delegar funciones particulares a los miembros de tu equipo los haces responsables de esas funciones y se tendrán que rendir cuentas por estas funciones. El delegar funciones maximizara no solo productividad personal sino grupal ademas que se generara un vinculo de confianza entre tu equipo de trabajo ya que los harás sentirse parte del equipo y sentir pertenencia.
