I am a bit disappointed to see that all focus is on the process. In my opinion, step is to know who am I and who are we together. For that you first need to do a talent test for each individual in the team, then share these tests in team engagements. Where do we complement each other? What are each person's drives an what does that mean combined in the team. Only then the process comes in.

Recognise that each team member has a unique contribution to make and one can often find a hidden solution to challenges which may otherwise be missed. Allow individuals the freedom to express themselves in a safe space without judgement. A leader doesn't have all the answers especially when it comes to creative thinking, our role is to enable that flow of energy into the group and for it to inspire others to break free of a closed mindset.
