Practice leads to progress and ultimately to perfection. Applying knowledge through action is crucial as it reinforces learning. In my e-learning courses, I incorporated both guided practice and advanced challenges. These deep dive exercises were designed to connect theoretical concepts with real-world scenarios. To enhance the learning experience, I provided minimal hints to encourage problem-solving and critical thinking. Learners were required to submit their assignments on online forum where an expert would review their work. This expert provided feedback, addressed any issues, and helped overcome roadblocks. This fosters continuous dialogue and learning. This approach was very well-received, and I highly recommend giving it a try.
