Design and plan Data for TO-BE as POC before mapping & Migrating existing AS-IS data. Discover and Impact Assess upstream, downstream impacts of systems, process and data flows. Apply Data Governance Framework to Design, Extract, Transform and Migrate data types. Engage resources and suppliers with experience on delivering similar scale and data.
