I fully agree with the "promise less and deliver more" mindset, because it can actually be better for the project. Sometimes the customer will ask for something that could be delivered in less time but with less quality as well. In these situations, it is best to maximize the time scope, so there is a low chance that you need to revisit the task, generating more value to the customer.

Focus on below points: -Transparent Communication -Clear Documentation -Realistic Deadlines -Stakeholder Management -Delegation Simply when new tasks arise, evaluate their impact, update plans, communicate changes, propose solutions, and confirm alignment, and I know that is not simple :)

It’s not just about getting things done; it’s about getting the right things done at the right time.
