Working with creatives can be challenging in itself as everyone may have their own preset ideas that the want to implement as part of the project, that said working with creatives is awesome as we get a huge amount of input, unfortunately we don’t always have the budget to implement all of the ideas. What I do is get all the ideas documented and then prioritise them into Must Have - Priority 1 Should Have - Priority 2 Could Have - Priority 3 Will No Have - Nice to have but not right now

Yes of course there will always be somethings that are "Need To Know" for only specific people, but if you engage your Teams they will engage back. Sometimes we will have to just tell people what to do and they need to get it done, but in general we should explain the Why "If words of command are not clear and distinct, if orders are not thoroughly understood, then the general is to blame. The basis is that set goals, have objectives, the objectives, the adversities that contribuite to your developement. Give your opinion, understand new opinions, respect them, and combine them with your perspectives and conclusions the wealth of knowledge that is the secret, but define your goals.

If you are failing to learn continuously. You are falling behind. As a creative, you need to be up to date and aware of the trends. You need to get constantly inspired and use that in your work. Inspiration comes mainly from new experiences where you can learn new things. It could be taking an online course and exploring new topics that can help you expand your creative horizons or attending workshops where you learn in groups and listen to new perspectives.
