La Pandemia nos permitió a muchos docentes a crecer en el área tecnológica. Aprendimos a buscar herramientas nuevas para ense?ar de manera divertida, óptima y de interés a los estudiantes. Sugiero: 1. Buscar las herramientas necesarias para la edad que estás ense?ando. 2. Conocer la herramienta antes de utilizar en la clase. 3. Permitir que ellos descubran los beneficios de la aplicación, página, herramienta digital que escojas. 4. Aplicarla ocasionalmente en la jornada de clase, mucho de lo mismo aburre, por tanto se debe innovar constantemente.

When I have spoken at recent startup or educational conferences, such as Baku ID, the World Economic Forum in China, the first thing to do is to find out exactly the information about the audience, if they are not from the edtech sector, they are interested in the latest trends, then the talk will be about the role of AI, educational data processing. If they are teachers, the topic is technology adaption, best teaching practices and the future of teaching from a career perspective.

En lo personal, en el momento que investigo algo anoto las ideas principales, esto me facilita recordar los puntos cruciales cuando debo hablar de ello, ense?arle a alguien o recordar cómo se utiliza. Buscar opiniones es crucial, permite identificar aspectos a mejorar, posiblemente porque no está clara una idea o es muy confusa para los estudiantes. Jamás improvises, fácilmente se pueden dar cuenta y las personas se siente poco valoradas, porque han dedicado tiempo a escuchar y no confían en que nada de lo que se diga es verídico.

Es importante que el lenguaje corporal sea flexible y relajado, transmita seguridad de lo que está hablando y apertura de para consultar en caso de dudas. Evitar la seriedad o la risa constante, tener cuidado de no cruzar los brazos o moverse de un lado a otro en repetidas ocasiones. Una sonrisa cálida da seguridad y confianza, acompa?ado de una postura recta y un movimiento lento ocasionalmente para no dormir a la audiencia. Utilizar distintos tonos de voz, por ejemplo, subir un poco la voz cuando se quiere dejar clara una idea concreta y un tono normal cuando se da información que ellos ya conocen.
