Traditionally, we have a tendency to align the learning to a flow that the Subject Matter Experts suggest, and that is good. But with micro learning i feel we have the flexibility to enable learners to switch back and forth between topics and learning flows, say, theory, demos, quizzes, learning paths, etc. the issue is that we dont usually acknowledge that a skill is learnt, unless someone either completes certain time being spent, or covers at least a certain percentage of content, or such.
