The CFO ought to demonstrate top notch leadership skills as they have Financial accountants, management accountants, cost accountants, tax experts or managers, business unit controllers and other controllers reporting to him. Handling the external financial community, managing auditors and regulators, and managing board connections are examples of key stakeholder management.
