Good planning can prevent future headaches. Take advantage of planning tools and monitor the progress of your activities, such as a Kanban board, for example.

Maintain a curious mindset and seek opportunities to learn from every task you undertake. Ask questions, seek feedback, and observe how experienced colleagues approach problems. For example, if you’re working on a machining process, take the initiative to learn about the principles behind it and any new advancements in that area.

Watch how they solve problems and manage projects. Use feedback to adjust your approaches and develop your skills.
