Disgregar espacio es importante y tener la flexibilidad para en esos espacios también ver si hay alguna urgencia en cualquier lado. Lo importante es poder hacer estos cortes y enfocarnos en los diferentes roles con la finalidad de no hacer muchas actividades en paralelos reduciendo los niveles de estres.

It’s important to remember that flexibility works both ways. As technology has enabled us to work almost from anywhere, it has also facilitated the erosion of that physical barrier/hard stop to the end of the workday. So it is important that businesses create an environment where employees feel comfortable asking for a few hours of to attend school play, event, etc. and employees don’t feel any (often self-imposed) guilt.
