The companies have to adapt to changes all the time. Therefore the IT team has the mission to facilitate and make the difference being flexible, proposing new technologies and understanding the new trends to implement changes as soon as possible. This is a hard task but with a good team balancing experience, fresh knowledge, safe environments, passion, determination and not forgetting the balance between the cost and the benefits is a good balance to suppor the change.

l'évaluation des risques est un exercice très régulier un peu comme une routine. Les objectifs de l'entreprise, les marchés, le monde du travail, les collaborateurs change très vite.
