En mi experiencia, he aprendido que los contratiempos en nuestra carrera son oportunidades disfrazadas para el desarrollo personal. Je ne suis pas totalement d’accord : dans certaines situations décisionnelles, il faut être réactif. Prendre le temps de la réflexion et de l’analyse est essentiel mais il faut aussi savoir être réactif et assumer une prise de décision rapide. L’analyse trop poussée peut parfois amener l’effet inverse désirée. Il faut donc savoir réagir en fonction de contexte de la situation.
