De mon point de vue le préalable à évaluer avant de regarder les métriques c'est la ma?trise du parc matériel. La ma?trise des assets est indispensable dans tout processus de gestion de maintenance. En effet, les équipements, installations, assets doivent être identifiés et documentés de manière exhaustive et constamment mis à jour. Cela améliorera la qualité des informations capturées pour d'éventuelles métriques et par conséquent permettra de faire une évaluation plus réelle des performances du processus. Cela améliorera également les délais d'intervention, la gestion des co?ts. Lorsque le parc matériel est ma?trisé on est plus confiant à suivre les métriques et on peut aller plus loin en recueillant les feedback du client du processus.
