I would define career aspirations keeping myself in the centre. Why do I want that and how will it help me be more of me? Remember Alice went and slayed the demon. After that, she wasn't just Alice but much more of Alice. Is that role or project in alignment to my core values and life purpose? I will be sure and more confident in myself. Is there an alignment with organisations goals & objectives? Helps to approach the boss with authenticity. Lastly , what's the harm in asking? You could learn something or prepare better!

People can't help but fall in love with people who have fallen in love with life... or at least that part of life that lights them up, brings them alive and has them showing up with passion and purpose. These kinds of people naturally (and almost effortlessly) draw to them people who feel compelled to lean in, to listen, to help and to offer resources even if for no other reason than they GENUINELY want to see what happens when all the roadblocks to a great person with a great idea is removed. Personnellement, j'ai fonctionné en étant très clair sur là où j'en étais. Mes contributions jusqu'à présent. Mes souhaits. Ce qui me pla?t. Pourquoi. Et ce que j'aime faire par ailleurs. Verbaliser mes doutes, mes souhaits d'évolution, en gardant en tête que l'honnêteté me servira toujours plus que le mensonge ou l'occultation des vraies raisons. Pourquoi ? Parce que l'autre voit quand ce que vous dites vous passionne vraiment ou vous fait vraiment envie.

I kept it growing and evolving until I find the perfect fit for myself and the company.
