It is important to follow up and be up to date what client requirements are, many times client forgets to update the designer of the newer standards which could cause delays and have a major cost setback when quality assurance is done. Therefore, for any design it is a key to have Design Analysis Report, which is kept up to date with the client's feedback.

Nowadays, first we need to understand consumer requirements and provide them with user friendly and cost effective solutions which will attract them to enhance their system further. I came across one client who had set up a small manufacturing unit, but lack of knowledge and support he was spending more in energy cost results in their less production and profitability. After understanding their problems we suggested minor changes which resulted in the saving in energy cost. There are a lot more industries there which need some support and guidance.

Express yourself to the client the real concerns and the time, because most of the time meeting a certain unrealistic deadline has setbacks, some setbacks are project delays in future because of a mistake done due to a tight deadline, employee break down due to stress and trust issues with client for not meeting the expectations.
