Which of those are truly intriguing for you? Don't just take courses to look good, take the ones that will renew that spark for you and bring more joy in your work. See this as an opportunity to craft your future, as you would like.

As leaders, we should always be striving to learn both formally and informally. This sets a great example for our team and shows that we know that no matter our title or responsibility, we do not know everything and can always be learning...share these learning lessons regularly with your team and ask for input on how those lessons can be applied to the organization...

Früher ging es um Wissen, Titel und Erfahrungen. Heute um belastbare Netzwerke und ?Best Practices“. Also schaue ich natürlich, wo sind wirklich C-Suite Kollegen oder Gründer mit veritablen Firmen (Legal et al). Was will ich damit sagen? Es ist unglaublich wichtig, die richtigen Programme zu nutzen. Sei dabei nicht eitel. Es bringt nichts, wenn man nicht ernst genommen wird und auch nichts, wenn man zu weit in der Hierarchie aufgestiegen ist und man trotzdem Einstiegsprogramme nutzt (au?er es geht um Wissen). Alles hat seine Zeit: Wichtig ist am Ball zu bleiben.

Learning as an executive never stops. The key is to do three things: learn, relearn, and unlearn. That's the biggest challenge. We all understand learning, but sometimes we need to relearn. For example, if you did your MBA 20 years ago, is it still relevant now? How do you relearn things? More importantly, we often learn things that are wrong or not relevant anymore, and we have to unlearn them. Unlearning creates space in our brain for new learning. That is crucial.
