How can they add value individually and as a team. Then how do you as a leader recognise your team along the way? Praising the journey is even more important than reaching the end goal.

Ya que es la Dirección de la organización la que determina la misión y que espera del proceso, y por tanto en que quiere fijarse para determinar si sus necesidades se cumplen. His success rate is majorly due to bold decisions thay he took in the past.

I would start by carefully reviewing the goals: Are they clearly defined, relevant and measurable? These days, due to fast-changing market dynamics—thanks to AI and geopolitical changes—it makes no sense to have long-term goals and targets for more than two years.
