Based on my experience I have learn this things is you grow when your company grows . So basically when you launch any idea or product into reality that time you have learned so many things while execution . During this process your expertise , patience, team work and ability to face failure get tested. Continues learning and improvement results into the success and to get this you need to have opportunity after having clear communication with your team leader or manager . You need to share them your interest and ability to learn and execute things. Always remember be vocal about your interest and ready to learn new things .
