It's Highly important to Get Clarity on the expectations of the Manager. This will help you to plan your appraisal and work for the Final Goal. Also when you have Discussion early , you to get time to work on the feedback received. Anyways the Discussion early at the start of the appraisal year will let you the milestones and Timelines. I am not mentioning this for the sake of just putting some text in here but this is how I have designed my appraisal multiple times. Hope you too Have Great Appraisal and Managerial Discussion.

It is essential for the employee to understand the requirements of the company towards achieving the Enterprise Resource Planning objectives as well as the Manager’s strategy for the same. The employee has to perform accordingly and maintain a clear and good working relationship with the Manager. Positive feedback on his/her performance could be expected.

They will be willing to forego and accept the constraints of the employee if he/she is a team member ready for the challenges of the ERP objectives. But a negative person will be drawing the organisation anti clockwise, which will not be conducive for achieving the desired goals.
