Enviar X mensagens de conex?o por semana; ? Ter X novas conex?es; ? Ter X conversas no inbox; ? Ter X reuni?es agendadas; ? Passar X leads qualificados para a equipe de vendas (se você trabalha como SDR, por exemplo); ? X valor obtido através de contratos fechados pelo LinkedIn (ou que tenham o LinkedIn como origem); ? % de sucesso (convers?o) dos leads encaminhados para a equipe de vendas. Claro que essas s?o ideias gerais. Os KPIs precisam fazer sentido dentro de cada projeto. E mais uma dica: escolha de 3 a 5 que sejam, de fato, efetivos.
