First of all we have to stop comparing ourselves with other people's growth. We should continuously improve ourselves by adding some new skills since this field is rapidly changing and at the same time we should also deep dive in conventional methods specially we should focus what is happening behind the screen for this we should have a good understanding of mathematics.Also we should not be much focused about end goals instead we should enjoy the path which we have taken to achieve it and also learn from the same.

Be an enthusiast, a continuous learner and an experimental mind. Always be curious about whatever you learn daily and don't forget to ask questions to yourself and to your mentors. Learning should not always be theoretical or accomplished by completing online courses. Remember, that adds to your 10% learning. Your 20% learnings will be accomplished by working in teams and collaborating with your colleagues or your mentor. 70% of your learnings will come from your hands-on experience by doing mini projects/tasks. You can be a quick learner if you are passionate about the field you are learning. Also, don't compare yourself with others, instead compete with yourself and aim for an exponential growth in yourself.

Reading papers and books is only a small part of the effort. To truly master the field, practice is essential. Practicing your skills helps crystallize key elements into bits of knowledge that you can reuse later. Regular practice, especially on the entire process using real data and real problems, is crucial. It allows you to understand not just how to do something, but also why and when to do it.

No one is perfect and nobody knows all things so we should not hesitate while asking for help from a senior, mentor. We should all always exchange our Ideas with other people in that process we can learn a lot of things, we can understand what our gaps are and in which area we have to work. As we all know learning is a continuous process which should never be stopped. Also all things can't be learnt from books Sometimes we need to take help from other people's experience.

Reach out to your ML professors and ask for guidance. Their expertise can provide valuable insights and direction, helping you focus your learning and grow more confident in your abilities.

This is how I ensured that my team and I learn from the ML and data science experts at the start of the project: a. Collaboration was done by planning discussions, brainstorming on the ongoing issues. Involving everyone on the ongoing issues, made them aware and get different perspectives from their unique experiences. b. Assigning simple tasks like testing on the proof of concepts and preparing demo content to the new members so that they can learn on the job. c. Collaborating with the customer during the demos was the most helpful, whole team learnt what issue we will solve, what challenges we might have to handle and how valuable this work is to the client.

Collaboration is really a good way to embrace learning and share ideas with others. There are many concepts and one many not be proficient in one, collaborating on projects with diverse individuals with different level of expertise in other concepts helps you to learn and evolve more. Connect and network with experienced individuals and explore working on different projects. Don't restrict to the subjects you are proficient in.

We should break our goal into small pieces and achieve one thing at a time. Always remember it's always YOU vs you not YOU vs others.
