Primero que nada desde el onboarding se deja en claro y por firmado de enterado la misión, visión y valores, así como las políticas de la compa?ía. Esto da sustento a que el empleado reconoce y acepta y conoce las mismas. Si alguien no acata las políticas hay que revisar de fondo los motivos, muchas veces el candidato no es escuchado o algún derecho no se le está respetando y por ello vienen los desafíos. Aclaremoz en privado la situación, seamos mediadores de que las políticas se respeten pero también los derechos del trabajador y dar respuesta a su actitud. Todo es claro teniendo una comunicación clara y efectiva. Vale la pena documentar todo y llevar registro de cada situación para que exista un sustento de la misma.
